Salted Carmel Pudding Shots

12 (2.5 oz) plastic soufflé cups
1 (3 oz) box vanilla instant JELL-O pudding
1 1/4 cups whole milk
3/4 cup vodka - chilled
8 oz tub Cool Whip - thawed
Whipped cream, for garnish
1/2 cup Smuckers salted caramel topping (or regular caramel topping)
Sea salt - coarse or flaked
Instructions
Pour the dry vanilla pudding mix into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the cold milk and chilled vodka.Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help the pudding thicken.Remove from refrigerator and fold in the Cool Whip topping. Continue to stir until all of the white streaks of the whipped topping have disappeared.
